Bulgarians employed at dance schools, the catering industry and the transport sector showed discontent with the new anti-epidemic measures.

People employed at dance schools protested in front of the Ministry of Health in Sofia. Bulgarians employed in restaurants, hotels and night clubs in Ruse organized a rally to the Municipal Council building. Restaurateurs protested today in the towns of Yambol, Haskovo, Dobrich and Kardzhali.

Representatives of the catering industry are planning a big protest in Sofia on September 8.

The protests will not contain the spread of Covid-19, warned this country’s Ministry of Health. Three hospital associations stood in support of the latest anti-epidemic measures. They sent a letter to the media, calling on society to understand and accept the restrictions as timely and necessary.
