The schools in Sofia are ready for the start of the new school year and they have enough disinfectants and masks. Everywhere in the capital city the school year will start with in-person classes. Mayor Yordanka Fandakova pointed out that in 23 schools repair works continue after September 15, without interfering with the educational process.
In 28 schools, training laboratories, offices and production facilities will be renovated with modern equipment worth over 1.1 million euros under the National Program "Vocational Education and Training".
