This year’s European Researchers’ Night is on 24 and 25 September. The event aims to encourage formal and informal science education and encourage young people to choose a career in science. In view of the Covid-19 epidemic, this year's European Researchers’ Night will take place in hybrid form, with live and online events.
The official opening is tonight, at 6.30 PM at Serdica ancient cultural and communication centre in downtown Sofia, with special guest European commissioner Mariya Gabriel. The events include an open-doors day at Sofia University’s faculty of physics, free entry into the Regional Museum of History in Sofia etc.
