The Constitutional Court has declared "inadmissible" the decision of the 45th parliament to impose a moratorium on deals and appointments made by the government of former Prime Minister Boyko Borissov. According to the magistrates, it was inadmissible for the National Assembly to suspend the exercise of the powers of the president and the executive branch established by the constitution and the laws.
