The Bulgarian passport is ranked 10th in the Global Passport Power Rank 2021

The Bulgarian passport is ranked 10th in the Global Passport Power Rank 2021. According to the Global Index of the most powerful passports created by Arton Capital, the Bulgarian passport can be used for travel to 136 countries, including a visa-free travel to 97 countries,

The ranking covers 199 countries and territories. The United Arab Emirates is ranked first. Its passport allows free travel to 152 countries, including visa-free travel to 98 countries. Bulgaria is ranked 10th together with Romania and Monaco. The Bulgarian passport can be used for a visa-free travel to Europe, Turkey and most countries in Latin America. However, most Asian countries require a visa for people travelling with Bulgarian passports.
