Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Svetlan Stoev called on the Bulgarian communities abroad to participate as volunteers in the preparation of the two-in-one elections on November 14.  "Bulgarians abroad are our most valuable partner in organizing elections abroad", Minister Stoev noted during the opening of the Sixteenth World Meeting of Bulgarian Media, organized by the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency. Representatives of 27 Bulgarian media from 17 countries are participating in the forum.

"As a diplomat, I have had contacts with many Bulgarians abroad and I am convinced that our compatriots abroad are the most influential ambassadors of our country", Minister Stoev said further.
