Coronavirus patients in Bulgarian hospitals are nearly 8,000

Number of infected citizens is close to 100,000

There have been 1,457 new cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria for a day, according to the portal coronavirus.bg. 8.6% of 16,968 tests returned positive result. 87.51% of the newly infected were non-vaccinated.

There are a total of 99,724 registered coronavirus patients. 332 people with Covid-19 were admitted to hospitals in the past day as 92% of them are non-vaccinated. 7,973 infected people are in hospital and 680 of them are in intensive care.

81 people with Covid-19 passed away yesterday as 92.6% of them were non-vaccinated. The number of daily recoveries reached 600.

4,979 vaccines were administered on Sunday. 1,511,130 people have completed their immunization. A total of 18,231 booster doses have already been administered.
