The caretaker government has set down measures on the matter in the Recovery and Resilience Plan. Their implementation is connected with the funding set down in the plan. The measures shall provide for the possibility of investigating the prosecutor general, and temporarily removing him from office for the duration of the investigation. No amendments to the constitution are necessary for these measures to be put in place, Minister Demerdzhiev added.
