Caretaker Premier Stefan Yanev: Machine voting is secure enough

The electronic key, which is used to load the programmes in all voting machines, is owned by the state and the Central Election Commission.

 According to Bulgaria’s caretaker Premier Stefan Yanev, no additional voting machines can be used during the elections, regardless of where they are and who owns them. The competent authorities have undertaken all necessary measures to prevent voter fraud, Premier Yanev assured.
