Bulgaria to open honorary consulate in Slovenia's Celje

Bulgaria is to open an honorary consulate in Slovenia based in the town of Celje with powers in a consular district that includes the entire territory of Slovenia. This was decided at today's meeting of Bulgaria's Council of Ministers. Slovenian citizen Jure Pucko has been appointed honorary consul.

Jure Pucko enjoys great public authority and is known for his commitment to promoting business contacts between the two countries, his experience in supporting innovative companies and his investments in both countries, according to the government's press service.
