Higher prices or close to those in Bulgaria were observed in Greece, Serbia, Italy, Romania, Hungary, France and Belgium, while the cheapest electricity remains in Poland.
According to the Electricity System Operator, currently electricity generation in Bulgaria is about 5 thousand MWh, more than a fifth of the generated energy is exported, while imports are only about 200 MWh.
