Future Bulgarian government will not introduce compulsory vaccination

Representatives of "We Continue the Change", BSP, "There is Such a People" and "Democratic Bulgaria" have agreed that vaccination must remain voluntary.

During negotiations for a joint program of the future coalition government in the sphere of health care the parties agreed that vaccination against Covid will be done through persuasion in order to avoid conflicts with society and its mentality. Agreement has been reached to set up a bigger number of mobile vaccination teams. When managing the crisis, the flow of patients in the hospitals will be divided, so that the treatment of significant diseases is not hampered.

Democratic Bulgaria have called for the introduction of electronic health files after the first 100 days of the new cabinet. The BSP insists that hospitals must not operate as commercial companies.
