Weather forecast for Friday, November 26

Rainfalls and strong winds

The nigh sky will be mostly clear. The lowest temperatures will vary between minus 1°C and 4°C.

On Friday there will be more clouds and rainfalls are expected, first in the western regions and by the evening in eastern Bulgaria, as well. Rainfalls will be more significant in the southern regions of the country.

During the day the wind from the south-southwest will intensify, especially in eastern Bulgaria and north of the mountains and there the daily temperatures will be higher, up to about 13°C -14°C. In the rest of the country the highest temperatures will be between 6 °C and 11°C.

Rainfalls are expected in the mountains. Above an altitude of 1600-1700 meters rain will turn to snow.

In the early morning hours snowfalls are also possible in the western regions of the country at an altitude of about 800-900 meters. Wind from the south-southwest will be strong and stormy. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 5 °C, at 2000 meters - about minus 1°C.
