Tourists voiced their discontent against the construction of a photovoltaic park in Osogovo Mountain near the town of Kyustendil, Western Bulgaria. Nearly 2 hectares of trees and bushes have been logged, BNR correspondent Kiril Falin reported.

"Changing the statute of a forest land located at an altitude of 1,600 meters to make a solar park is blatant folly. Half of the park has been already built”, environmentalist Engineer Sevdalin Atanasov reported.
