224 coronavirus patients pass away for a day

The number of new coronavirus cases in this country has reached 3,020 for a day. 83% of them are among the non- vaccinated citizens. Compared to Monday, the number of infected people rose by 2,292 cases. 8% of 36,559 tests returned positive result, according to the portal coronavirus.bg.

224 people with Covid lost their lives in the past 24 hours. 92% of them were non-vaccinated. For the past 14 days, the number of coronavirus-related deaths has reached 1,824.

There are 105,123 registered coronavirus patients as the number of those newly admitted to hospital reached 946.  87 percent of them are non- vaccinated. The total number of hospitalized patients is 6,526 and there are 723 people in intensive care. 2,965 people recovered in the past day.

15,819 vaccines were administered on Monday. There are 1,762,938 people with two administered doses and there are already 92,804 people with three vaccine doses.
