It will take at least one week to fix the damages stemming from the torrential rain in Kardzhali district. The municipalities of Kirkovo and Ardino are most affected by the flood. Some villages were left without water supply due to flooded water pumping stations.

The heavy snowfall continues in Smolyan district. Dozens of villages in the Municipalities of Banite, Madan, Rudozem and Chepelare were left without electricity. There is a traffic ban for cargo vehicles over 12 tons. All motor vehicles are required to use snow chains.
