The Plovdiv Court of Appeals released three foreigners detained on charges of espionage. They are former employees of the Arsenal weapons factory in Kazanlak. They were released from custody on 5,000 euros bail each.

The accused are two Russian citizens and one Lithuanian and their charges include illegal access to classified information and export of technological documents.
