PM Kiril Petkov: We need to speed up vaccination as much as possible

After a meeting in Brussels with the President of the European Commission Ursula von Der Leyen, Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov told reporters that vaccination in Bulgaria should be accelerated as much as possible:

"Vaccination should be boosted in order to prevent a wave of Omicron. It could happen earlier than we expected as it could reach us in mid-January. That means we have a few days we shouldn't miss," PM Petkov said.
