"After the occurrence of severe social, economic and energy crises, people are under psychological and physical pressure by debt collectors," Kornelia Ninova said. In her words, 17 debt collection companies were registered in Bulgaria, but their activities are not well regulated. That is why the new law should stipulate rules for recovery of receivable amounts.
