Sunny weather and higher temperatures expected on Thursday

The night sky will be mostly clear. The lowest temperatures will range from minus 7°C to minus 2°C, for Sofia - about minus 4 °C. Tomorrow (January 20) will be mostly sunny. There will be light to moderate west-southwesterly wind in the Danube plain and the eastern regions of Bulgaria. Daily temperatures will rise significantly and the highest will be between 6 °C and 11 °C, for Sofia - around 8 °C. In the evening wind will intensify and bring colder air.

It will be mostly sunny over the mountains. The wind will be strong, from west-northwest. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be about 4 °C, at 2000 m - about minus 2 °C.

It will be mostly sunny along the Black Sea coast. There will be moderate, temporarily strong southwesterly wind. The highest temperatures will be 7 °C -8 °C.
