Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Monday, January 31

Sunny weather and higher temperatures are expected on Monday

Clear skies are in the weather forecast for most parts of Bulgaria for Sunday night. Clouds will temporarily increase in Western Bulgaria. Moderate westerly and northwesterly winds are expected. There will be strong winds in the Danubian Plain and the Upper Thracian Plain. Minimum temperatures will fluctuate between minus 3°C and 2°C, for Sofia- minus 3°C. 

The weather on Monday, January 31 will be predominantly sunny. Around noon clouds will start to increase from the west. Moderate southwesterly winds are expected in the evening hours. Maximum temperatures will range between 4°C and 9°C, for Sofia- around 4°C.

The weather in the mountains will be sunny. At noon clouds will begin to increase. Moderate northwesterly winds are expected. Maximum temperatures at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 1°C, at 2,000 meters- around minus 6°C.

The weather along the Black Sea coast will be predominantly sunny. Clouds will begin to increase in the afternoon hours. Moderate to strong northerly and northwesterly winds are also expected. Maximum temperatures will fluctuate between 8°C and 9°C. The seawater temperature will be between 5°C and 6°C.
