Prime Minister Kiril Petkov declared he has not assumed a commitment to Vazrazhdane party that the green certificate will be abolished.
He stated that there will be a working group, headed by virologist Prof. Radka Argirova, set up for discussions between the people protesting against the green certificates and experts from the Ministry of Health with the aim of establishing a dialogue on the basis of genuine medical data.
Kiril Petkov told reporters that he believed the green certificate should be abolished once a vaccination rate of 60% of the population is reached, and the hospital intensive care bed occupancy rate drops to 5%, as that would mean the country is out of the crisis.
