Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev expressed skepticism about whether the Supreme Judicial Council could take a decision to dismiss this country’s Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev. On the other hand, Bulgaria’s head of state expressed satisfaction that the Constitutional Court ruled that the Minister of Justice can propose the early dismissal of the Prosecutor General.
