Bulgaria reports 6,531 new daily cases of Covid-19

The new daily cases of Covid-19 registered in Bulgaria are 6,531. According to data in the National Coronavirus Information Portal, 19.35% of the 33,745 tests performed are positive. Most new cases are in Sofia - 1,409, Plovdiv - 634, Varna - 733, and Burgas - 463.

The number of hospitalized patients is 6,152, of which 618 in intensive care units. The newcomers are 721, and 84.47% of them have not been vaccinated. 86 people have died in the last 24 hours, as 86% of them were not vaccinated. 7,720 patients were reported cured.
The number of people immunized during the last 24 hours is 7,433. There are already 2,026,063 people with a completed vaccination cycle in Bulgaria, and 653,060 with a booster dose.
