Bulgarian figure skater Alexandra Feigin finished 24th in the women's free skate at the Winter Olympics in Beijing. She was given 100.15 points for her performance "Firebird" by Russian-born composer Igor Stravinsky as she landed six out of all seven jumps.

The Bulgarian athlete placed 23rd before the finals, which is a good result taking into consideration the fact that Bulgaria has not been represented in the women’s event since the 1998 Winter Olympic Games in Nagano.

“Hopefully, I will represent Bulgaria again in four years", Alexandra Feigin said.
