Moderate and temporarily strong northwesterly winds in the western part of the country, and northeasterly winds in eastern Bulgaria, colder air will continue to rush in and by 2 p.m. temperatures will range from 3°C in the northwest to 15°C in southeastern areas, where there will also be thunderstorm activity.
