Precipitation will continue in the afternoon. In almost all districts of Western and Central Bulgaria there is a first degree warning, code yellow, for significant precipitation. Moderate and temporarily strong northwesterly winds in the western part of the country, and northeasterly winds in eastern Bulgaria, colder air will continue to rush in and by 2 p.m. temperatures will range from 3°C in the northwest to 15°C in southeastern areas, where there will also be thunderstorm activity.
Rain will change to snow overnight in the higher fields of western Bulgaria. Precipitation will continue in the other areas of the country, more intensely in central Bulgaria.
Tomorrow, February 23, minimum temperatures will be between 2°C and 7°C, in Sofia - about 1°C, maximum - between 6°C and 11°C. It will remain mostly cloudy, with light rain in some places.
