Weather forecast for Thursday, 24 February: Sunny but cool day

During the night the weather over the Western regions will be predominantly clear, with clouds over the Eastern half of the country. There will be rain in Central Northern and in Eastern Bulgaria. There will be a moderate Northwesterly wind. Minimum temperatures minus 1° C - 4°C., for Sofia around zero.

Tomorrow there will be changeable clouds over the Western half of the country which will scatter and there will be sun in many regions. Over Eastern Bulgaria the clouds will remain significant during most of the day, with rain or snow in places. By evening the precipitation will stop and the clouds will disperse. There will be a moderate wind from the North-Northeast. Daytime temperatures will reach 6°-11° C., for Sofia around 6° C. 

Over the mountains there will be considerable clouds with snow showers, below 1,200 m. there will be rain. There will be a moderate Northeasterly wind. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m, around zero, at 2,000 m. around minus 6° C.
