Bulgaria’s cabinet has extended the compensations in the energy sector. Compensations will cover the entire heating season until the end of March. There are no indications of a risk of delays in oil supplies to refineries, as well as on a commercial basis, Bulgaria’s Minister of Energy Alexander Nikolov assured. At the moment there are no disruptions of natural gas supplies to Bulgaria. In case of possible disruptions, Bulgaria will follow the plan relating to gas supplies via alternative channels, including the Southern Gas Corridor, said Minister Nikolov.
