Ukrainians in Bulgaria to drive to Romania to evacuate refugees

Krasimir Pankovski

“The Western world has merely left Ukraine on its own”, Krasimir Pankovski from the Union of Ukrainian Organisations in Bulgaria said for the BNR. In his words, the masks are off and it is clear who the aggressor is. “Now there is no safe place in Ukraine. The situation is extremely difficult. It can’t get any worse”, Krasimir Pankovski said and added that the sanctions against Russia were ineffective.

Krasimir Pankovski and other volunteers will drive to the Ukraine-Romania border to transport women and children. “I call on everyone to fight on the “information and the humanitarian front”, Krasimir Pankovski added.
