Buses and cars with 200 people are travelling from Ukraine to Bulgaria: Foreign Minister

All Bulgarian citizens who requested evacuation from Kyiv and the surrounding area were notified on Monday morning of the possibility of an emergency evacuation. This was stated by Bulgaria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Teodora Genchovska at a briefing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Currently, four buses and all cars of Bulgaria's diplomatic mission in Kyiv are travelling to the Ukrainian border. 200 citizens of Bulgaria, Ukraine, the USA, North Macedonia and Georgia, as well as the entire diplomatic mission are on their way to the border. The regular bus line Odessa-Varna continues to operate.
