Online exhibition “To Ladies, With Love”

In the last two years, a large part of our lives has evolved online. Keeping up with the changing times, a young artist from the southeastern town of Nova Zagora decided to share a number of colourful moments in an electronic environment, calling her exhibition "For the ladies with love".

Artist Daniela Stoykova dedicates this exposition to women and spring, to Bulgarian teachers, doctors, nurses, sportswomen, as well as to the great female models in Bulgarian history. The 30 oil paintings depict flowers that we traditionally associate with the names of Bulgarian women - Temenuzhka, Rosa, Lilia and Margarita (Violet, Rose, Lily and Marguerite).

She paints by layering the oils on canvas with a palette knife, which makes them highly embossed. The artist's aim is to charge up people with positive energy and a feeling of warmth and harmony through her artworks.
