The number of Ukrainian citizens with temporary protection status in Bulgaria is now over 19 thousand. The number of Ukrainian citizens seeking asylum in Bulgaria is 56,660, 22,000 of whom are children.
In a joint humanitarian action by the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria and the Association of Bulgarians in Ukraine, 49 Ukrainians of Bulgarian origin were evacuated from Mariupol.
