Weather forecast for Bulgaria

Warm and sunny Saturday expected this weekend

On Saturday, the minimum temperatures in Bulgaria will be between 7 °C and 12 °C, in Sofia around 7 °C. It will be sunny during the day. Moderate southwesterly wind is expected. Maximum temperatures will reach 22 to 27 °C., in the capital Sofia - up to 22 °C.

It will also be sunny over the mountains, with cloudy skies in the afternoon above the mountain massifs of Western Bulgaria. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 metres will be 16 °C, at 2,000 metres - up to 9 °C. 
There is a danger of avalanches on high places outside official ski slopes.
On Sunday, a sharp change in weather, lower temperatures and rainfall is expected across the country.
