Open doors day at the National Assembly

To mark the adoption of the first Bulgarian Constitution, the National Assembly threw its doors open to the public today.

Visitors were able to see the original Turnovo Constitution and the Silver Constitution, as well as devotional items belonging to the President of the Constitutional Assembly Exarch Antim I. The first people to enter parliament building were students of law and European studies from the St. Kliment Ohridski University and new Bulgarian University, as well as school-goers. They were welcomed by National Assembly President Nikola Minchev.
