Bulgaria reports less than 1,000 hospitalized patients with Covid-19

Bulgaria has registered 895 new cases of coronavirus in the country in the last 24 hours, which is 673 more new infections than a day earlier. 63% of newly infected persons have not been vaccinated. 7.85% of the 11,396 tests performed have returned a positive result, data of the National Coronavirus Information Portal show. 

The number of actively registered patients has decreased from 2,421 to 161,039. 158 infected patients were admitted to hospitals. 127 of those hospitalized, or 80.38 were not immunized. 
The number of patients treated in hospitals has decreased to 996 as there are 112 patients in intensive care units.
During the day, 26 people died with an established Covid-19 infection as 24 of them were not vaccinated. 3,290 recoveries were reported.
1,261 vaccine jabs were administered in Bulgaria onMonday.
