“Bulgaria condemned Russia's aggression in the very first hours of the war. The country joined all sanction regimes against Russia, despite the high social cost. Bulgarians have opened their homes and hearts to Ukrainians”, President Rumen Radev said after the meeting with Ukraine‘s Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba.
