On the festive Easter night, the head of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church Patriarch Neophyte announced the Resurrection of Christ at St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Sofia.
The temple and the square in front of it were filled with the solemn chants praising the Risen Saviour and the hundreds flickering flames of the candles of those present at the Easter service.
