He confirmed that negotiations were ongoing and called for historical issues to be left to the Bulgarian-North-Macedonian committee.
Asked whether Skopje was ready to include Bulgarians in its constitution before Bulgaria lifts the veto on EU membership talks, Bujar Osmani said: "North Macedonia believes we should do this and we will do it.
