Bulgaria reports 19 Covid-related deaths in past day

292 is the number of new Covid-19 cases out of 5,393 tests performed in the country in the past 24 hours, 243 up on the previous day. The coronavirus positivity rate stands at 5.4%, more than 65% of the new infections are among the unvaccinated, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show.

The number of active cases is down by 819 to 72,329.

58 is the number of new hospital admissions, 44 or 75.86% are among the unvaccinated. The number of patients being treated in hospital is down by 19 to 319, of them 28 in intensive care.

19 patients with established coronavirus have died in the past day, 18 of them were not vaccinated. The number of recoveries reported on Monday is 1,092.

413 doses of vaccine were administered in the past day.
