Lecturers from the University of Veliko Tarnovo, the University of Plovdiv, Sofia University, the University of Shumen and the Southwestern University in Blagoevgrad insist that the national strategy for the Bulgarian language puts in place uniform training standards for university lecturers and differentiates between the concepts of pedagogue, teacher and specialist in Bulgarian language.
