PM Petkov to attend EU-Western Balkans summit and European Council meeting in Brussels

Prime Minister Kiril Petkov will take part in a two-day regular meeting of the European Council, which starts today in Brussels, the government press service said. 

Topics on the leaders' agenda will include progress in the process of European integration and the applications for European membership of Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia, the situation in Ukraine and the challenges arising from the Russian aggression, investments under the Economic and Investment Plan for the Western Balkans. 

Before attending the meeting of the European Council, Kiril Petkov will participate in an EU-Western Balkans summit.
