Russian diplomats for whom there is evidence or suspicion should be recalled, but after a bilateral dialogue. This position was expressed by Bulgaria's Vice President Iliana Iotova regarding the tension between Sofia and Moscow after the decision to expel 70 Russian diplomats. She expressed hope that there will be no break in bilateral relations.

During the handing over of the mandate to form a new government by "We Continue the Change", the reshuffles in the cabinet were not commented upon, said Iliana Iotova, who was present at the handing over of the exploratory mandate. "Assen Vassilev drew up a very ambitious program for the next 6 months - by the way, all that was not done until that moment. I got the impression that he will try to form a cabinet and I wish him luck", Vice President Iotova told reporters during her participation in a festival for Asian art.
Vice President Iotova opened the fourth edition of the Asian Festival "Treasures from the East", which is organized by the Indonesian Embassy in Bulgaria in partnership with 11 other diplomatic representations from Asia.
