The working group, which is to prepare the governance programme of the prospective cabinet, will start work immediately after today's talks with the independent MPs, the BNR has learnt from sources in the ruling coalition. The working group will include three representatives from each negotiating formation- "We Continue the Change", "Democratic Bulgaria" and the Bulgarian Socialist Party.
Meanwhile, Rosen Kosturkov from the Executive Council of "We Continue the Change"told the BNR that the chances of implementating the first cabinet-forming mandate with Premier-designate Assen Vassilev are constantly increasing. “Currently, we have a 50-50 chance of forming a new cabinet”, said Kosturkov. According to Rosen Kosturkov, his party is not looking for the hidden support of absent MPs or from backstage players. It is looking for at least 121 people to support their governance program. "We are starting talks with all MPs from all parliamentary groups to look for people who would stand firmly behind our program", said Rosen Kosturkov.
