The United States will increase military assistance for the Black Sea countries, particularly Bulgaria, Ukraine, Romania and Georgia. NATO will increase its presence in the region. The United States will support the Black Sea countries to prevent corruption. The USA will strengthen their support for the Three Seas Initiative, a bill submitted to the United States Congress stipulates. The creation of a joint, multinational Black Sea headquarters responsible for all military activities in the region is being considered.

High-level officials from the United States Department of State or other partner agencies will be dispatched to the Black Sea region at least twice a year to deter Russian and Chinese influence, reads the document, quoted by BGNES.
