Bulgaria’s women’s national team finished 9^th at the 44nd Chess Olympiad in Chennai, India.

The young Bulgarian team with members Nurgyul Salimova, Gergana Peycheva, Beloslava Krasteva, Gabriela Antova and Viktoria Radeva ended their participation with seven wins, two draws and two losses.

The Bulgarian men’s team came 63^rd in the final standings.
