Poli Genova presented her new song Give Me Your Loverecently. As the singer herself said in her presentation for the BNR’s Top 20, it is a song that continues the line she has been pursuing for a few years - of going back to the late 80s disco-pop sound. “It is a line we have been following, with my team, for the past couple of years, and I think we are recognizable and quite successful,” Poli Genova says.
The video to the song was shot in Serbia, with a Serbian team “a unique, beautiful Belgrade by night”. The music is by Boban Apostolov, the lyrics by Jordan Mitov, with Poli Genova herself co-authoring both.
