Levski Sofia FC asks UEFA for replay of match against Hamrun Spartans

The management of Levski Sofia FC have submitted a protest note to UEFA, demanding that the match against the Maltese Hamrun Spartans be replayed. Evidence was presented of a gross violation of the rules by the head referee and his assistants, which affected the outcome of the match, Leski reported. The case is to be examined urgently by UEFA. On Thursday, in the third qualifying round of the Conference League, the Bulgarian team lost to "Hamrun" 1:4 after penalties and with aggregate score of 3:6 left the European tournament.
