Planet Labs footage analyzed by the Associated Press shows the bulk carrier Razoni docked at the port of Tartous next to a grain silo. Ukraine has neither confirmed nor denied its involvement in the series of explosions in Crimea. In addition to the series of blasts in the Crimea, Russia's Federal Security Service said attacks on power lines at the Kursk nuclear power plant were also work of "Ukrainian saboteurs."
