Former energy minister: We Continue the Change bought gas from Gazprom subsidiaries

"We Continue the Change" have bought Russian gas from Gazprom subsidiaries, thus harming the interests of Bulgarian citizens by more than 28% because of the price differences. 
This was stated by GERB party member and former Minister of Energy Delyan Dobrev. "There is no other explanation why instead of buying directly from Gazprom at 86 euros, you will buy from the Romanian Gazprom at 110 euros. The money goes from there to Switzerland, and from Switzerland, presumably, some of it is transferred offshore".
